Dhaka, 27 July, 2022:
A half day long online review workshop was held at the Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM) on 27 July, 2022. Mr. Ahmed Jamal, Chairman of BIBM Executive Committee and Deputy Governor of Bangladesh Bank was present in the review workshop as the chief guest. Mohammed Sohail Mustafa CFA, Associate Professor & Director (Training & Certification Program) of BIBM delivered welcome address. Dr. Md. Akhtaruzzaman, Director General of BIBM Chaired the Program. 

A paper titled “Human Resource Management of Banks” was presented in the workshop by Dr. Mohammad Tazul Islam, Associate Professor of BIBM. Other members of the review workshop were Dr. Ashraf Al Mamun, Associate Professor & Director (RD&C) of  BIBM; Rexona Yesmin, Assistant Professor of BIBM; Anila Ali, Assistant Professor of BIBM; Shakil Ezaz, Additional Director, HRD-1 of Bangladesh Bank and Md. Mosharraf Hossain, Executive Vice President and Head of HRD of Dutch Bangla Bank Limited.

Helal Ahmed Chowdhury, Independent Director, Bank Asia Limited and Former Supernumerary Professor of BIBM;  Ali Hossain Prodhania, Supernumerary Professor of BIBM made comments as designated discussants.
 
A good number of participants including senior bank executives, academicians, faculty members of BIBM took part in the online review workshop.######
